KENOSHA, Wis. — Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum showed what critics may view as a stunning indifference toward the safety of local law enforcement officers Monday when he set just $750 cash bail for a man accused of repeatedly threatening to kill four Kenosha Police officers while physically fighting their attempts to take him into custody. Xavier A. Massey, 30, of Toledo, Ohio, faces four Class H felony charges carrying a combined maximum of 24 years in prison, along with misdemeanor charges of resisting an officer and disorderly conduct.

Holy Toledo, what’s to keep him from going back to Ohio and ignoring these charges like the majority do?
Wow KPD has their hands full..
Should have thrown that anchor in the harbor
These far-left liberal judges and court commissioners NEED TO GO! They don’t care about the lives of anyone other than themselves and the criminals and thugs they let roam the streets only to reoffend. They reward the criminals and let the innocent pay the price. They’re destroying our communities! It’s sickening! Side note – Judge Kerkman is so afraid of Kevin Mathewson’s real reporting that he needs police bodyguards – that the tax payers pay for. But on the other hand, they let real criminals walk! Just think about that…
I am so sick of these liberal DA’S and judges in Kenosha! Our police officers are in danger in this city when even the DA’S and judges give a slap on the hand to these criminals for their dangerous crimes! Be better court DA’s and judges!!!! Our city is not safe anymore.
