KENOSHA, Wis. — A 46-year-old Kenosha man who prosecutors say was already wanted on multiple felony warrants and out on two separate cash bonds is facing three new felonies after allegedly leading Kenosha Police on a high-speed chase that reached about 93 mph. Sabastian C. Ransom was charged Tuesday with felony fleeing or eluding an officer and two counts of felony bail jumping, all as a repeater. Prosecutors say Ransom was out on a $2,500 cash bond in one felony case and a $10,000 cash bond in another when the alleged chase occurred.
