KENOSHA, Wis. — A 43-year-old Kenosha man accused of grabbing a woman by the hair and slamming her head into a wall and door jamb was charged Tuesday with four misdemeanors, including two counts of bail jumping. Allen LeFlore Jr. posted $1,650 cash bail and was released following his initial appearance Tuesday before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum.
