KENOSHA, Wis. — A 17-year-old Kenosha man accused of striking his girlfriend with a glass bottle, punching her and twice grabbing the steering wheel while she was driving — allegedly sending her car into oncoming lanes and later within about six inches of a parked vehicle — was released Tuesday on no-cash bail by Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel Kellum. Eliyas R. Dunlap, 17, of Kenosha, is charged with felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct and possession of THC. If convicted of all four charges, Dunlap faces a maximum of 11½ years behind bars.

He would’ve grabbed his own steering wheel, but he’s a piece of shit deadbeat who can’t afford his own car
You sure that’s a man..
He’s an early starter.Great parenting all the way around on this one.
Does he know his daddy?
We all know this story ends with a mixed baby in the system and no dad in sight. Good job parents!
