KENOSHA, Wis. — A 46-year-old Bassett man accused of driving drunk and crashing into a vehicle driven by a 15-year-old girl, injuring her and another occupant, was released Wednesday on no-cash bail by newly appointed Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum. Sean P. Schuman faces two misdemeanor counts of operating while intoxicated causing injury, first offense, each carrying up to one year in jail and a $2,000 fine — for a total maximum exposure of two years behind bars and $4,000 in fines.
