KENOSHA, Wis. — A 17-year-old Kenosha man accused of wearing a full-face mask in a neighborhood plagued by overnight vehicle break-ins, giving police a fake name and then running from officers was released Tuesday on no-cash bail by newly appointed Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum.

I really hope #1 this kid doesn’t attend any local schools #2 if he does, he doesn’t have access to any firearms.
