TWIN LAKES, Wis. — A 19-year-old Twin Lakes man who volunteered at Wilmot High School is facing 11 felony charges after investigators say they uncovered sexually explicit Snapchat conversations, videos and photographs involving a 16-year-old girl, along with evidence that the two had sex. Austin Carl Scaletta, 19, of Twin Lakes, was charged Friday with nine counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of exposing a child to harmful material. Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Scaletta’s cash bail at $100,000 Friday afternoon and ordered him to have no contact with the alleged victim or children and prohibited him from using an internet-capable device. The nine child-pornography charges are Class D felonies, each carrying up to 25 years in prison, while each harmful-material charge carries up to 3½ years.

Fyi, folks there are many, many young relationships going on out their with ” underaged” teen girls were they are seeing , Dating young men 18-21 years old.
Where that relationship can become a problem for the young man is, 1. If the parents of young teen girl get upset with said young man, as in many situations, the parent or parents realize who the daughter is seeing to the extent of how serious they are seeing.
2. If the young teen girl and young man get into an argument, break up, young girl than complains.
3. In today’s world of Social Media, texting, whatever, these young, ignorant youths take stupid advantages of taking nude pictures of each other. And either share them one way or another, or get caught with said pictures.
I do know of a young man years ago, a neighborhood kid that was dating, seeing a 16 yr. Old girl, he was 18.
Parents full well knew the full extent of that relationship. Even allowing the young man to stay at their house, and allowed in girls bedroom with the door closed. Well, that relationship went sour. He went into the military, was in basic training for months and out of no where was taken into custody.
Girl and her parents pressed charges, and used DNA evidence from bed sheets to prosecute the young man.
There was no rape, no physical violence, just the bitterness of the young lady who lost her live in boyfriend.

Valid questions here, did girls parent( s ) know of relationship?
How long did parent (s) know, and did they allow for un-supervised relationship under their own roof?
Sad part here, if this was a consensual relationship, and parents of girl knew, this youngmans life is basically destroyed.
Probably gets minimum 5 yrs behind bars, with a life long predator title.
On another note;
The law prosecutes those sharing nude photos like this incident, yet Does very little to Stop child porn, (All porn) that is until After the fact. Meaning access is apparently easily available to All users of the internet.
If this would of been a black boy you guys would of crucified him to that cross so quickly and i hate to do the race card but its the Complete truth. He got caught he needs to get the consequences just like anyone else. The fact is he’s 19 she’s 16 all he had to do was wait. Patience is a virtue when used correctly!!
