SOMERS, Wis. — Jorge Varible Martinez, 26, of Kenosha, was charged Tuesday with three misdemeanors after prosecutors say he falsely reported that shots had been fired at a Somers tavern after he was kicked out, prompting multiple Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office deputies to respond. Martinez allegedly later admitted that he never saw a firearm and that no shots were actually fired.

If you’re ever kicked out of a tavern or anyplace else, always ask for an employment application.
They have to give it to you.
