SOMERS, Wis. — Three people are facing a combined 30-plus criminal charges after prosecutors say an attempt to arrest a wanted felon at a Kenosha Walmart erupted into two simultaneous high-speed police chases, a rammed sheriff’s squad, a 100-plus-mph pursuit through Kenosha County, a violent crash that injured three innocent people and a second chase into Illinois that ended with a suspect running into the woods. Charged are Ace Leo Frank, 34, of Elkhart, Indiana; Sable Russell, 34, whose residence is listed as unknown; and Cody Luigi Frank, 22, of Hudson, Wisconsin. All three are charged as repeat offenders.
