PADDOCK LAKE, Wis. — Martin Anacleto Jr., 38, of Paddock Lake, is facing misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct charges, both with domestic abuse modifiers, after prosecutors say a chaotic family argument escalated into Anacleto threatening to shoot his fiancée’s daughter and her boyfriend before grabbing the boyfriend around the throat and squeezing hard enough that he had difficulty speaking. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Anacleto’s bail Wednesday at only $800 cash.
