SOMERS, Wis. — Michkal R. Blackman, 29, of Kenosha, is facing six misdemeanor charges after prosecutors say he battered the mother of his child, ripped two braids and her natural hair from her scalp, took her phone and keys, drove despite having a revoked license and later locked himself inside a vehicle and repeatedly refused deputies’ commands to get out. Blackman is charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, both with domestic-abuse modifiers, operating while revoked, failure to install an ignition interlock device, obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping.
