KENOSHA, Wis. — A 27-year-old Kenosha man is facing eight criminal charges after prosecutors say he repeatedly walked into a Kwik Trip over a period of more than three months and stole Twisted Tea Extreme cans, ultimately making off with 19 cans worth a grand total of $70.11. Justin A. Navarro, 27, of Kenosha, was charged Thursday with eight counts of misdemeanor retail theft. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set his cash bail at $500 and ordered him to have no contact with any Kwik Trip.
