KENOSHA, Wis. — That headline sounds cool, right? Well, it's not necessarily meant to be taken literally. We just thought it made for a catchy headline. But retired Kenosha County Sheriff's Office Capt. Eric Klinkhammer has, in fact, been brought back by the Sheriff's Office as a consultant to lead the internal investigation into allegations that Lt. Ryan Markowski engaged in inappropriate messaging and communications with other staff members.
