Kenosha Man Charged With Felony Sexual Assault, Kellum Sets Only $7,500 Cash Bail

KENOSHA, Wis. — An 18-year-old Kenosha man is facing a felony sexual assault charge after prosecutors say he had sex with a woman without her consent despite her repeatedly telling him to stop. Rojelio Garcia Jr., 18, of Kenosha, was charged Monday with third-degree sexual assault, a Class G felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set only $7,500 cash bail Monday afternoon.
