SALEM LAKES, Wis. — Jacob R. Sellers, 28, of Silver Lake, is facing two felonies and two misdemeanors after prosecutors say he ran a stop sign on a stolen BMW motorcycle, nearly struck another vehicle, argued with witnesses, popped a wheelie and threw his passenger onto the roadway before fleeing. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set Sellers’ cash bail at only $2,500 Monday afternoon.
