KENOSHA, Wis. — A 21-year-old Racine woman is facing two domestic-abuse-related misdemeanor charges after police say she punched, bit and threatened the father of her children during a dispute in the parking lot of the Kenosha Amazon facility. Her mother, however, gave police a substantially different account, saying the man struck her daughter first and that her daughter was defending herself.
