KENOSHA, Wis. — A 16-year-old Kenosha boy who was already out on cash bail in two separate felony cases is now facing two new felony prosecutions in Kenosha County, including allegations that he helped identify a target immediately before a gunfight erupted outside a Kenosha store and that he was involved in an earlier park fight where another juvenile was struck with a handgun. John'trell J. Wright, 16, of Kenosha, was charged this week with first-degree recklessly endangering safety as a party to a crime, four counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer across three new cases.

Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Wright’s cash bail Wednesday at $25,000 in the shooting-related felony case and another $1,500 cash in the battery case. Kellum released Wright on no-cash bail in the misdemeanor obstructing case. Wright is scheduled to return to court September 11 for preliminary hearings and further proceedings.
