Bristol Man Accused Of Robbing, Attacking Elderly Parents Gets Only $5,000 Cash Bail

BRISTOL, Wis. — A 41-year-old Bristol man accused of physically attacking both of his elderly parents, taking their cell phones and trying to prevent them from calling police was charged Wednesday with six criminal counts, including two counts of robbery with use of force and two counts of felony victim intimidation. Despite the serious allegations, Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Andrew S. Willard’s bail at only $5,000 cash.
