KENOSHA, Wis. — A 31-year-old New York man is accused of driving drunk on I-94 with his 2- to 3-year-old daughter in the back seat, speeding more than 85 mph and nearly striking other vehicles before registering a preliminary breath test of .256, more than three times Wisconsin’s general legal limit of .08. Vincent Nsanzimfura, 31, of Tonawanda, New York, is charged with second-offense operating while intoxicated with a child under 16 in the vehicle.
