KENOSHA, Wis. — Bayley D. Yates, 24, of Faulkner, Arkansas, was charged Tuesday with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, misdemeanor battery as domestic abuse, and disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon as domestic abuse after police say she stabbed her fiancé during a violent confrontation inside a Kenosha hotel. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set a $2,500 cash bail Tuesday afternoon.
