KENOSHA, Wis. — Keaton J. Lasley, 23, of Kenosha, was charged Tuesday in three separate criminal cases involving the alleged sexual assault of a firefighter inside an ambulance, a hit-and-run crash and a violent felony domestic violence case in which prosecutors say he confined and battered a woman and attacked another. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum gave Lasley no-cash bail in the sexual assault and hit-and-run cases.
