KENOSHA, Wis. — Two Kenosha residents are facing criminal charges after police say a dispute inside the 8th Avenue Tap spilled into a larger disturbance that left two women injured and prompted multiple 911 calls.

Mims, 33, of Kenosha, is charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, both as a party to a crime and both with repeater enhancers.
