KENOSHA, Wis. — Frederick Doral Washington Jr., 19, of Kenosha, was arrested Sept. 11 on an outstanding warrant in a case charging him with felony operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, felony possession of a firearm on school grounds and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon. Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Washington’s bail at only $500 cash during a Sept. 14 court appearance.

First arrest at 19? … starting late.
Will Kellum just send, “get well soon” cards to the victims that will inevitably come from the people he is releasing with no regards to their obvious character flaws and danger to the public?
We can only hope that these crazed individuals Judge Kellum is releasing so indiscriminately, will be released directly into his neighborhood. Perhaps provied with lawn chairs set up out in front of the good judge’s home.Where HIS family lives. Perhaps they will have a welcome home party for him when he returns home some night.. I know he’ll be SO HAPPY TO SEE his good chums!
