KENOSHA, Wis. — Michael R. Guerra, 48, of Somers, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct as an act of domestic abuse after his ex-girlfriend told Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputies that Guerra had been entering her bedroom at night, screaming at her, monitoring her movements and becoming increasingly paranoid during an alleged drug relapse. On a domestic violence risk assessment, the woman said she believed Guerra might seriously injure or kill her. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set Guerra’s cash bail at only $150 during his initial appearance Monday.
