KENOSHA, Wis. — Alfonso Flores-Avina, 26, of Waukegan, Illinois, was charged Tuesday with felony possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia after Kenosha Police allegedly found methamphetamine, drug-related items and women’s underwear during a traffic stop. Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum released Flores-Avina on a no-cash bail Tuesday afternoon.
