KENOSHA, Wis. — Jeremy L. Busby, 31, of Kenosha, is facing two new criminal cases after police say he drove while impaired with his 4-year-old daughter in his pickup truck, struck a parked vehicle and left the scene, and then, only hours after being released from jail, became involved in another alleged domestic disturbance. Because Busby has three prior domestic-abuse-related convictions from 2023, prosecutors charged the new domestic incident as a felony under Wisconsin’s domestic abuse repeater law. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set $750 cash bail in the felony case Wednesday. Busby was also given no-cash bail in the separate OWI case.
