KENOSHA, Wis. — Jamall D. Richardson, 43, a homeless Kenosha man, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor disorderly conduct after police say he tried to force his way into a restaurant, reached into a backpack during a confrontation that prompted a restaurant owner to draw a gun, and then allegedly smashed a tequila bottle and wielded the broken glass while threatening the owners. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum released Richardson on a no-cash bail Wednesday afternoon.
