Skurka, 29, of Kenosha, was charged Friday with five misdemeanors after police say he battered his roommate during two separate domestic abuse incidents, damaged the man’s phone and was found carrying a crack pipe. Despite the two alleged assaults, Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum released Skurka on no-cash bail Friday afternoon.
