KENOSHA, Wis. — Kyle E. Skurka, 29, of Kenosha, was charged Friday with five misdemeanors after police say he battered his roommate during two separate domestic abuse incidents, damaged the man’s phone and was found carrying a crack pipe. Despite the two alleged assaults, Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum released Skurka on no-cash bail Friday afternoon.
