KENOSHA, Wis. – A 31-year-old Kenosha woman accused of helping obtain the heroin and fentanyl that killed Thomas A. Llewellyn, 50, is being held on $100,000 cash bail, while her 33-year-old co-defendant is wanted on a $25,000 cash warrant. Kaitlynn E. Hurst made her initial appearance Friday afternoon before Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum on one count of first-degree reckless homicide as a party to a crime. Gabriela E. Ulpiano, of Racine, is charged with the same offense and remained wanted Friday.
