Burlington Couple Charged With Dealing Crack, Fentanyl; Child Allegedly Dragged Passed-Out Parents To Bed, Home Condemned

BURLINGTON, Wis. — Pamela S. Moritz, 47, and Gregg J. Moritz, 54, both of Burlington, were formally charged Monday in Kenosha County Circuit Court after authorities say a drug investigation uncovered cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, a firearm and deplorable conditions inside their Bassett Road home. Pamela Moritz was ordered held on $25,000 cash bail Monday afternoon by Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum. Gregg Moritz’s bail had not yet been entered into the court record at the time of publication. Pamela faces seven charges, including possession with intent to deliver cocaine and fentanyl, maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, neglect of an individual at risk, THC possession and drug paraphernalia possession. Gregg faces the same charges plus possession of a firearm by an out-of-state felon.
