Jackson, 34, of Kenosha, was charged Tuesday with felony disorderly conduct/domestic abuse after police say she held a butane bottle and lighter in her hands while threatening to set her husband on fire. The disorderly conduct charge is a felony because prosecutors charged Jackson as a domestic abuse repeater based on two prior domestic abuse convictions. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set bail at only $150 cash.
