WHEATLAND, WI — Nicole A. Nelson, 40, of Burlington, was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, first offense, with a child under 16 in the vehicle after Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputies allegedly found her driving with a 9-year-old passenger and three opened bottles of wine inside her Jeep. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum found probable cause Wednesday afternoon and released Nelson on no-cash bail.

Here Honey, hold this bottle for Mommy. I ran out of drink holders.
Yep, just let them go !! So they do it again
Driving drunk is one thing. It’s not right, but having your kid in a car and thinking it’s OK is inexcusable. Hope she gets in jail time.
Author went out of the way to same her, almost seems personal.
The Facebook photo was an especially nice touch 👌
Sorry your pal decided to drink and drive, but people are allowed to know these things. Actions always have consequences.
Then don’t drink and drive, Nicole. Easily one of the most selfish crimes to commit, zero consideration for others on the road. Hopefully the next time you choose to be reckless and endanger innocent people you go head on into a tree.
