KENOSHA, Wis. — A 20-year-old Kenosha man is facing a criminal charge after police say he drove drunk, crashed into another vehicle and injured its driver early Sunday morning. Pedro Cruz-Jaramillo, 20, of Kenosha, is charged with operating while intoxicated causing injury, first offense. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum placed Cruz-Jaramillo on no-cash bail Thursday afternoon.
