KENOSHA, Wis. — A Racine man accused of strangling a woman until she could not breathe was arrested Wednesday on a $5,000 warrant issued by Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Heather Iverson, only to be released Thursday after Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum replaced the cash warrant with no-cash bail.

This guy is one of the biggest piece of garbage the world has to offer it’s a shame. Thank you judge for letting another crashout free to ruin the next womans life.
I sure hope Tom Tiffany is our next Governor! Kellum needs to go! He is a repeat of Michell! We need more conservative prosecutors and judges! So sick of reading about the no cash bails and these criminals getting out again and again! Our community is not safe!
