Sullivan, 34, of Kenosha, was granted no-cash bail Friday by liberal activist supplemental court commissioner Tracey Braun after being charged with third-offense operating while intoxicated and misdemeanor bail jumping. Prosecutors allege Sullivan drove 70 mph in a 45 mph zone early Friday while already free on no-cash bail Braun set in July in a pending disorderly conduct case carrying a domestic abuse designation.
