KENOSHA, Wis. — Kyle Joseph Perroni, 40, of Kenosha, received approximately 18 months of work release Thursday, October 8, 2026, for felony fourth- and fifth-offense OWI convictions from liberal Judge Jason A. Rossell (D). The sentences underscore Rossell’s soft-on-crime approach to repeat drunken driving: even with two felony OWI convictions and multiple additional cases, Perroni received work release on both counts. Kenosha County Eye is not aware of an OWI case in which Rossell has imposed prison or a sentence without work release.
