KENOSHA, Wis. — A 47-year-old Kenosha man is facing four criminal charges after prosecutors say he violently attacked his ex-girlfriend, threw her to the ground in front of her child, and fought with an armed neighbor who intervened after hearing the woman screaming for help. Robert Norman, 47, of Kenosha, appeared Wednesday, October 14, 2026, before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum, who continued Norman's previously posted $1,300 cash bail. Norman is charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery and two counts of disorderly conduct, with domestic abuse enhancers attached to two of the charges.
