KENOSHA, Wis. — A 30-year-old Kenosha woman with two prior domestic abuse convictions is facing two new felony charges after allegedly attacking a 72-year-old man inside his home, throwing ink on him, pouring alcohol on him while he was in bed, repeatedly spitting in his face and punching him in the head. Dominique L. Ross, 30, of Kenosha, was charged Friday, October 30, with felony battery to an elder person and felony disorderly conduct, both involving domestic abuse repeater enhancements. Ross was issued a summons to appear in court rather than being taken into custody on the new charges, despite allegedly violating a condition of her Wisconsin Department of Corrections supervision that prohibited her from contacting the victim or going to his residence.
