KENOSHA, Wis. — A 63-year-old Kenosha man is facing a felony charge after allegedly attacking an 84-year-old woman who had offered him a place to stay when he was living out of his car. Robert C. Thompson, 63, of Kenosha, was charged Thursday, November 5, 2026, with felony battery to an elderly person after allegedly throwing the woman into a rocking chair, slamming her against a wall, and injuring her eye. Despite the allegations, Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel "Catch & Release" Kellum released Thompson on no-cash bail Thursday afternoon.
