KENOSHA, Wis. — Wallace S. Townsend, 47, of Waterford, was arrested Wednesday, November 4, on an outstanding bench warrant after failing to appear in court on five misdemeanor charges stemming from a bizarre July incident at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha. Townsend, who allegedly urinated on a hospital floor before masturbating in the back of a police squad car, was originally released on no-cash bail by Court Commissioner Tracey Braun. After skipping court and being arrested on a warrant, he appeared before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum on Thursday, November 5, who released him once again on no-cash bail.
