Man Charged With Repeated Child Sexual Assault Faces New Felony After Kenosha Jail Fight

KENOSHA, Wis. — Dacio R. Hernandez, a 17-year-old Pleasant Prairie man facing two felony counts of repeatedly sexually assaulting children, now faces five additional charges after an alleged fistfight with another inmate inside the Kenosha County Jail. Hernandez previously had half a million dollar bail set by Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum in the sexual assault case.
