KENOSHA, Wis. — A 46-year-old Kenosha man who pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer following a February 23, 2026 confrontation with Kenosha Police is now suing the City of Kenosha and five officers in federal court, alleging excessive force and an unlawful search. Jamaal Oliver Lambert claims officers unnecessarily deployed Tasers and a police K9 against him, causing serious injuries. However, body-worn camera footage reviewed by Kenosha County Eye captures officers repeatedly ordering Lambert to comply while he repeatedly refuses.
