Justin Blake Appeals Disorderly Conduct Conviction With Help From Extremist Attorney

Copied!
Justin Blake

Justin Blake was found guilty of disorderly conduct last week when he failed to show up for court. He said that Kenosha DA Mike Graveley called him to tell him the charges were dropped. We confirmed this. Blake is the Uncle of Jacob Blake, the man who was shot by Kenosha Police after resisting arrest from a sexual assault warrant.

Blake, along with 2 others were arrested outside of the public safety building that houses Kenosha Police, The Kenosha Sheriff, and records on April 25, 2021.

We obtained a report that gave more details of tat night. Justin Blake, Joe Cardinali, Joshua Barker and Whitney Cabal were sitting in front of the building with their arms linked. Deputies working campus security warned them to move. Whitney Cabal complied with police and moved. The other three didn’t. The report details multiple citizens that were denied access to the building. One person wanted to report that he/she was battered. Others wanted to post bond or put money on inmates’ accounts. They all had to be escorted into the building through employee-only doors. Finally, the Deputies arrested the trio. Blake wouldn’t give police his name so he caught another referral for obstructing. Graveley intervened and got that charge dropped within a couple of days, even though he recused himself from this case due to a “conflict of interest.”

Activist Attorney

Kimberly Motley (D) is an activist attorney out of Milwaukee. She can be seen frequently at anti-police rallies or BLM protests. She has represented many clients in Kenosha that have been charged with various crimes and forfeitures, ostensibly for free. We asked her if these were pro-bono cases and she told us she wouldn’t answer these questions. She filed the request to re-open the case on July 16th, and and Kenosha Commissioner Dowse approved it on July 19th. Once Blake pays the $50 re-open fee, he will go through the process again. The Walworth County DA will handle this case once its re-opened.

  1. Isn’t it only a $150 misdemeanor? What’s the point of a lawyer, unless to just keep trying to be famous? It was all on video, him and that bozo clown loud mouth cardnilli should sit in jail

  2. Have you done a full background check on Justin Blake? He is known as a member of the terrorist crime organization, Republic of Islam. I hear he has made repeated anti-Semitic posts on FB, though I believe they have been covered up. I would love to hear what our Eye can find on this dirtbag.

  3. DA Mike Graveley should be censured for intervening in Justin Blakes case. This is a serious violation of a public official in his position. Very Unethical to say the LEAST.
The faces you see in this article are the faces of evil people seeking to DESTROY American. This is NOT about Racial Injustice. Mike Graveley’s next job should be sweeping floors inside a Penitentiary.
