KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. – Prosecutors filed criminal charges Monday against many individuals in a broad range of cases, including organized retail theft, multiple OWIs, felony bail jumping, and weapon violations.
Ryan R. Pedesclaux, of Atlanta, Georgia, is facing extradition as a fugitive. According to court records, he is wanted in Gwinnett County, Georgia, for attempted motor vehicle theft. He is currently in custody at the Kenosha County Jail awaiting extradition proceedings.
Jason Christopher Lott was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after allegedly fighting with his mother and fleeing on a scooter while intoxicated. He is also accused of violating bond conditions from a previous felony case.
Dylan C. Rojas, 25, of Racine, is facing five criminal counts, including operating while intoxicated (second offense), possessing a firearm while intoxicated, and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Authorities say Rojas had a loaded revolver in his vehicle, along with a spent casing and additional ammunition, when he was pulled over in Somers early Thursday morning. A bag of suspected drugs was also found but tested inconclusive.
Andrew Bracy, 46, was allegedly caught driving without a license and in violation of a court-ordered ignition interlock requirement. Deputies say they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his car, as well as large amounts of cash and plastic baggies. Bracy has two pending felony cases and is now charged with additional counts of bail jumping.
Allen Robert Hutchinson was charged with making false 911 calls, resisting arrest, and violating bail. Police say he caused a scene inside a Kenosha gas station and called 911 multiple times without cause after being told not to.
Courtney C. Wene, 56, of Antioch, Illinois, was charged with fourth-offense drunk driving after allegedly toppling his motorcycle outside the Stage Stop in Salem Lakes. Witnesses said he had been drinking at another bar and tried to ride off before falling over and injuring his foot.
Robert R. Turco, 35, was charged with multiple counts of criminal damage and obstructing police after he allegedly smashed windows at two local businesses, gave police a false name, and appeared disoriented and possibly homeless when contacted by officers.
Mia L. Langston, 32, is accused of interfering with child custody after repeatedly violating court-ordered placement orders involving her young daughter. Police located Langston and the child at her Kenosha home, where she was arrested and the child was returned to her father.
