KENOSHA, Wis. — Three suspects are facing felony charges after a Kenosha grocery store manager’s stolen wallet was used to buy over $1,200 in gift cards at Walmart last month.
Keir Saunders, 47, appeared in court Friday, June 20, and was ordered held on a $15,000 cash bond. He faces three charges: felony burglary, unauthorized use of personal identifying information, and misdemeanor theft, all as a party to a crime and all with repeater enhancers. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 27.

Julian Ocanas-Solano, 28, also appeared in court Friday and was charged with felony misappropriation of ID information as a party to a crime. His charges include modifiers for being a repeater and for acting as a party to a crime. Court Commissioner William Michel II set his cash bail at $2,500. A preliminary hearing is set for June 27.
Kiana Hamilton, 20, was charged the same day but did not appear in court. The District Attorney’s Office requested an arrest warrant. Hamilton is charged with felony unauthorized use of personal identifying information and two counts of felony bail jumping. At the time of the incident, she was out on two separate felony bonds—one for identity theft and the other for robbery with force.
According to the criminal complaints, the theft occurred on the morning of May 14 at Fresh Thyme Market on Green Bay Road. The store’s manager reported that her wallet—including debit cards, ID, iPhone, and $20 cash—had been stolen from her private office in an employee-only area.
Surveillance footage reportedly shows Saunders entering the office area and leaving less than two minutes later. Thirteen minutes after he exited the store, Hamilton and Ocanas-Solano were seen on Walmart surveillance cameras in Somers making purchases with the stolen cards—each transaction totaling $304.94. Police say the stolen funds were used to buy gift cards.
Detectives used facial recognition software to match Walmart footage to prior booking photos of the suspects. Tattoos seen in the images—including a cross on Hamilton’s hand and three dots on Ocanas-Solano’s—were also used to confirm their identities. Officers believe all three defendants were in the vehicle during the theft, with Saunders stealing the wallet and the other two executing the fraudulent purchases.
All three cases are assigned to Judge Anthony Milisauskas in Kenosha County Circuit Court, Branch 4.
If convicted, Saunders could face more than 22 years in prison due to his repeater status. Hamilton faces up to 18 years because of the added bail jumping charges. Ocanas-Solano faces more than 6 years.
