WAUKEGAN, Ill. — A well-liked Kenosha County Sheriff’s Deputy who is currently on administrative leave is now at the center of a serious misconduct investigation after a fellow deputy, a 31-year-old woman who lives in Illinois, filed for a Stalking No Contact Order in Lake County. The petition alleges he repeatedly misused law-enforcement databases — including Flock and Polaris — to track her movements and refused to stop making contact. If substantiated, the allegations make his termination almost certain and could expose him to criminal prosecution under Wisconsin law.

  1. This is a big concern of mine. As our technology advances, those with the power to use it, end up using it against private citizens. idgaf what their “concern” is to use it. Use it properly.

      1. We’re concerned about private citizens being stalked by assholes like him. Why would I want a piece of shit like him to “want” me in such a weird way.
“stalker worthy”?? wtf is wrong with you? Freak

        21
  2. According to Atlas: The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office operates 11 Flock Safety automated license plate readers as of September 2025. It’s more than creepy that this guy would do this. Stalking is a serious crime. The fact he (allegedly) did this to a fellow cop makes me wonder what TF is wrong with him. Was he unable to use the net to find a date? If this is true, he should lose his job, get prosecuted and head to jail!

      1. Sure hope the wife files for divorce!! What a pig!! Then again, I don’t know any cops that haven’t cheated on their spouses!!

    1. Look at the picture of him above and his left hand..a ring on his finger. Not is this devastating for the victim.. he was stalking it’s also very disturbing for his wife. God forbid she divorces him..watch out what he could be capable of doing to the wife!!!!

      21
      1. And shameeeeee on the co worker for fooling around with a married man!! She is trash too – post her name for the world to see – please

  3. …. Misuse of the flock camera system.

Not only should he be fired but also put in prison.
    Then lose his pension.

Some will say that’s too harsh a punishment but punishment is supposed to be a deterrent.
To be an effective deterrent others need to see this guy lose everything he’s worked for!

Only then will we all feel confident trusting the Flock system to be used not abused

    20
  4. You’ll report on this one but not of the detective that did multiple thing that were way worse than this? Seems like selecting reporting again

  8. People fear the abuse of Flock cameras and Polaris should. Police also use a new more powerful tool departments around the country rent called Fog Reveal. Look it up. It’s an app developed by Fog Data Science LLC, a brokerage firm founded in 2016. Used by the government and police to engage in warrantless surveillance of individuals, groups, and places. Ability to track where and when people work, live, whom they associate with and what places they visit. Guess how? using the mass surveillance plastic cute smartphone no one can stop using. Get yourself a flip phone with a removable battery or a Farady bag and make outgoing calls uwhen needed. They are on rights any longer.

  9. I captured the screen shot. Kevin did the right thing and took down your deplorable post. That will not save you. You violated this crime victim’s rights under the Wisconsin constitution. A proper investigation will identify you. The victim will file a lawsuit against you and your department. You will be fired and will join your stalker buddy as a criminal defendant.

Now They will be coming for you.

      1. Yes, last night about 11pm. It was not up long. Kevin took it down. I was able to check out her Link-in page. That confirmed she is he is a KSD deputy.

I hope she takes some action.

          1. Thanks to the deputy stalker’s buddy who posted her name, I absolutely could stalk her now. If I was an unhinged homicidal weirdo I could certainly use her illicitly posted identity to track her down.

Crime victims have specific legal rights to protect them. It was a terrible wrong and a crime for the cop’s buddy, who is also likely a cop, to post her name on this site. There should be another criminal investigation into this outing of the victim.

            6
            1
  10. Once again a bully with a badge misuses authority. I don’t like cops anymore. They’re like some sort of gang in and of themselves. From what I see here in Kenosha County are a bunch of Keystone Kops.

I think that Flock, red light cameras and CCTV are all necessary tools to get to the bottom of a lot of crime. Just last week KCE published CCTV of that convict shooting his next victim. Why is the County still paying this guy Kevin?

    2
    2
    1. I am right there with you, hard to respect the badge when fuck faces like this dude and Mike Rizzo are allowed to abuse it.
