    1. Wow you people are something else always worrying about how much it costs the taxpayers! is the police department just NOT supposed to hire anyone?? Then if they don’t hire anyone , people complain about short staffing? Cant win!

  1. STOP HIRING FEMALES TO BE IN THE LINE OF DUTY. A majority of female cops do not have what it takes to be a cop. Especially the smaller ones.

I was just pulled over a few days ago and a female cop was at the passenger side , so scared she wouldn’t even come to the window and her partner had to push her to do so. If you are that scared to do your damn job, why did you become a cop???

    1. While I support any female in any job of “authority” I have seen too many times, when pushed into a situation where things aren’t going their way and or they a challenged or criticized, the tears will start !

I’m sorry but emotions can’t be a part of their thinking or response to these situations.

As for “back up” cops at the passenger side window, I would think standing back further and concentrating on the situation as a whole would be better. Besides, passengers are not the reason for the stop. Just the driver. As stated above, if you are scared, then don’t be a cop
