He is the danger to more than my daughter. He was just not off probation early in Illinois for shooting a handgun into a vehicle, and just a few several weeks prior to this incident, which embolded him to cross state lines.
She protected him as she thought he had mental health issues. She provided for him and her family as the sole provider, with a mortgage job of 13 years.
He’s now just been found incompetent for trial, this past week.
He will be shipped to Mendota or Winnebago IL for treatment. He disagrees with diagnosis and refuses medication.
