KENOSHA, Wis. — A Milwaukee man accused of choking a woman and pointing a handgun at her head during a domestic violence incident was ordered held on a $7,500 cash bail Friday after prosecutors requested the same amount during his initial appearance before Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun. Prosecutors alleged the defendant strangled the woman, threatened to kill her, and later returned to her apartment after police had already responded.
