PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Edward A. Cotton, 26, of Kenosha, appeared before Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael Masnica on June 2 after prosecutors charged him with six offenses stemming from an alleged high-speed pursuit in a stolen vehicle. Assistant District Attorney Douglas Haney requested a $20,000 cash bond, while defense attorney Joseph Corcoran sought a $2,500 cash bond. Masnica sided with prosecutors and set a $20,000 cash bond. Cotton remains in custody and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 9.
